Hosea Chanchez (Malik) recently announced on "the Ryan Cameron Show" that actress Meagan Good would be joining the cast. the show's creator Mara Brock Akil reveals that she has wanted to work with Meagan previously. It isn't definite what her role will be, but it looks like she may play Malik's love interest.
