Do locality rate applies to Special Rate tables? Government Jobs?
Hello all,
I have been interviewed for a very promising job with the government. I know I am going to be offered a special rate (see link to table) because I am an Engineer.

However, I wanted to know, will they apply the locality pay adjustment? The job is in Atlanta (19.29%).
Does anyone know? I was unaware or else I would have asked during my interview. I searched this whole site and I haven't found anything. I would like to know in case I need to ask for more money ;)
