Former Miss USA Rima Fakih is speaking out only to RumorFix about her DUI case saying she's no Lindsay Lohan.
The Arab-American beauty found out Wednesday she may stand trial in March on a drunken-driving charge unless a plea deal is reached for her December 3, 2011 DUI arrest near Detroit.

But the Lebanese beauty says she doesn’t want special treatment because of her title. She tells RumorFix exclusively, “There are celebrities out there like Britney Spears or Lindsay Lohan who think they can get out of things, like they miss their court date, or they feel like they can get out of jail because they’re someone. But I don’t expect that, I expect them to see that I am human and I take responsibility for everything I do in my career.

"I made a mistake," Fakih tells RumorFix exclusively, “No one is perfect and I make mistakes too and I just want everyone in this world to know that I’m just like you, and I’m not trying to take advantage of anything or be treated like anyone else."
Fakih won the Miss USA title in 2010 and served until June 2011. Once her legal troubles are over, she tells us her next dream is to win an Oscar.
