Ian Somerhalder Nominated for 2011 People's Choice Award « itaintpianolessonshoney

Ian Somerhalder has been nominated by fans for a Favorite TV Drama Actor 2011 People's Choice Award (PCA) for the hit television show, "The Vampire Diaries".

On "The Vampire Diaries", Ian plays Damon Salvatore, a vampire. like his brother Stefan (Paul Wesley), Damon has fallen in love with the same human girl, Elena Gilbert (Nina Dobrev).

Since beginning his portrayal of Damon Salvatore, Ian Somerhalder has previously been nominated for two 2010 Teen Choice Awards. one, Choice Male Hottie, which he lost to Taylor Lautner, and another for Choice TV Villain, which he won. this is the first time Ian has been nominated for a PCA.

The People's Choice Awards air tomorrow, January 5, 2011 on CBS at 9PM.
