Does the fact that more women are having lesbian relationships these days than men having same-sex relations indicate that men are more dependent on women than vice-versa?

Women are free today to explore all possible arenas and just do anything they want. even their sexuality has become a free ride for them.
This does not happen with the men (especially masculine men) because they are always under pressure to conform to traditional standards of masculinity- be the hunter, gatherer, protector, family breadwinner etc. Forming relation with another man is a great stigma in the world of masculine men as it violates this manhood standard.Which is why you only see beta males being homosexual or bisexual.

But adult men were always having it off with youths in Ancient Greece, Ancient Rome, and a loooooong list of other civilisations. These were Patriarchial societies where women were considered second-class citizens.

So "today's norm" is merely that.

But yes, men are very fast to remarry after divorce, especially men aged 45-64 (at twice the rate of their female peers).

Their ex-wives, meanwhile, revel in their newly-found freedom…

Me being a women has no relations to that statistic. I'm a individual then a statistic. I find that down right digusting if it's true. What are the causes? is it that Men are not being Men? instead, are they acting like jerks who can't make up their mind about themseleves or who they want to spend the rest of their lives with? certainly. so both sexes have hard work to do. Maybe use some "self-control." good thing I've already master that. It was common sense to me.

Partly, yes. Look at the fact that men who marry have a higher life-expectancy than those who don't, while marriage slightly lowers a woman's life expectancy. But I also think there's a greater stigma on relationships between two men.

Men have patriarchy standards to follow, women don't have any matriarchal norms to follow.

It's just downright physically more painful for men perhaps…!..!@#$#@!…!..That could be holden the pack back…!

The lesbian population is going up because women are finally realizing men are nothing but replaceable dildos!

Men today are definately co dependent and needy!
