Many men dream of being James Bond 007, and now after Daniel Craig premiered his enviable body on Casino Royale, most men want to look like him too. It is not easy to maintain the build of Daniel Craig's James Bond. It takes a lot of hard work, dedication, and attention to diet and exercise, but with the right mindset and the right tools, anyone can achieve his well-defined physique.

You Need to Workout 4 Times a Week

In order to reach the physical appearance of James Bond, you will need to workout at least four times a week. You may want to work out more often but be sure to give yourself a least a day or two of rest each week. You should also alternate the muscle groups you are training each day so that you do not strain your muscles, resulting in injury. You will also be paying strict attention to your diet at least five to six days a week.

Mix Weights With Cardio

Each of your workouts should contain a mixture of cardio and weight training. If you are trying to slim down to Daniel Craig's size, then you will want to incorporate more cardio than weights but if you are trying to bulk up to his size, then it will be the opposite. However you cannot neglect either aspect of your workout.

Cardio and Weight Training

Cardio and weight training can be separated; doing first your weight training and then cardio, or you can combine the two by doing circuit training. This is where you mix cardio and weight training at the same time. To circuit train you alternate between a weight training exercise, such as bench presses, and a cardio exercise, like jumping jacks. You continue to alternate the two types of exercise without stopping to rest for the duration of the workout. You will be finished faster this way, but it is much more intense.

What to Eat to Look like the New James Bond

You should be eating a diet high in protein and complex carbohydrates at least 5 days a week. You should also be eating a lot of fruits and vegetables and drinking tons of water throughout the day. You can allow yourself one cheat day per week, where you can eat whatever you please.
