Katerina Alexandre Graham (born September 5, 1989), also know as Kat Graham, star of the CW drama the Vampire Diaries, has been set on conquering every corner of the entertainment industry since she came to the United States from her birthplace of Geneva, Switzerland. Raised in Los Angeles, California by her Liberian father and Russian Jewish mother, Kat not only grew up to be talented in her chosen crafts, but also determined and dedicated in following through with her varying passions. Kat attended Hebrew school and speaks English, Spanish, French, and some Portuguese and Hebrew. her father was a music executive and also the godfather of two of Quincy Jones's children.

As early as when she was six and up until she was 14 years old, Kat could already be seen in a number of nationwide advertisements for various products. Apart from her stint as a commercial model, Kat also invaded the small screen with guest appearances on teen and kid shows such as Joan of Arcadia, Grounded for Life, and Lizzie McGuire. her big break on television was when she was called up to replace Christina Milian in an episode of Disney's Movie Surfers in 2002.

As her professional acting and dancing career thrived, Kat started to focus her attention on her musical inclinations. after all, she is the daughter of a music executive who is close friends with music legend Quincy Jones. Kat began writing songs, collaborated with other artists, and got interested in the technical aspects of records production. in the past year, she has released a number of tunes, including both original and cover songs, and now she is looking ahead to the release of her debut album. in recent months, she also released a cover of Paula Abdul's Cold Hearted Snake, and she is also looking to cover a tune from the catalog of another pop diva in the near future, Janet Jackson. she was featured in the hit single, will.i.am "I Got it from my Mama" and "the Donque Song" feature Snoop Dogg. Kat appeared in music videos for Justin Bieber and Usher's "Somebody to Love (Remix)", Nelly's music video for "Just a Dream" and 112's music video "What If". Kat debut album of original material should hit later this year.

Kat currently plays Bonnie Bennett in the CW show the Vampire Diaries. she will also be starring in the sequel to the movie, Honey, alongside Audrina Patridge.
