St. Joe's quarterback Chad Kelly will be among many of the nation's top senior football recruits that will be on display in the fifth annual Under Armour All-America Game on ESPN at 7:30 p.m. tonight at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Fla. "It's going to be real fun, playing with all the best players on national television on ESPN at 8 o'clock when there's no other games on," Kelly said back in December. "That's going to be pretty sweet. You can't really ask any more than that." The reigning Tonawanda News Player of the Year, who also won the prestigious Connolly Cup, is among three quarterbacks for the Under Amour Black Team along with Texas-bound Connor Brewer (No. 34) and Miami-bound Preston Dewey (No. 133). Kelly, who's ranked 81st on ESPN's Class of 2012 Top 150, is also listed as the fifth best quarterback. Florida State commit Jameis Winston (No. 11) is the top ranked signal caller, according to ESPN, and will line up for the White Team tonight. Other notables who will play tonight include top-ranked running back Jonathan Gray, Deion Sanders Jr., Trey Griffey, son of Ken Griffey Jr., and the No. 1 recruit on ESPN's Top 150, defensive end Mario Edwards. Kelly, a Wheatfield resident, is the lone player representing New York tonight. "I love to see any kid from Western New York be successful and put us on the map," St. Joe's coach Dennis Gilbert said. "That's what it's all about."
