Rancic to undergo double mastectomy Image E! News presenter and television personality Giuliana Rancic is still fighting her breast cancer diagnosis as she reveals she will undergo a double mastectomy.

The presenter announced in October that she was diagnosed with early stages of breast cancer while she was undergoing IVF treatment. Rancic underwent a lumpectomy soon after diagnosis but doctors have urged her to proceed further.

"In the end, all it came down to was just choosing to live and not looking over my shoulder for the rest of my life" she said, speaking on Today with Ann Curry.

"This is a decision that wasn't made lightly. We talked to as many experts as we could, we got the best information that was made available to us", her husband Bill Rancic added.

Giuliana presents the daily entertainment news show on the E! Network alongside Ryan Seacrest. She also appears on Fashion Police and as a red carpet reporter during awards season as well as starring in a reality show following her family life and marriage.

She recently thanked fans for the emotional outpouring of support she received following her diagnosis.
