Icon Stevie Nicks of Fleetwood Mac regrets taking medications to help his drug addiction, because "he had ruined" a large part of his life.

The singer, 62, that abuse of substances in the 1980s fought, entered the Betty Ford Clinic in 1986 to overcome an addiction to cocaine. That same year a psychiatrist prescribed her Klonopin that usually catches and panic disorders. the results were almost fatal.

"That ruined my life for eight years," said FOX411 Pop Tarts. "Was just a dumb Arts creation a groupie error and she wants that, to tell him about all my friends of young Hollywood and the music and it almost ruined my life and it nearly killed me".
