The American George Clooney stars in this Anton Corbijn directed new hollywood movie. Clooney plays and assasin "Jack" who is Godfather of this field and is on his last mission.
Alone among assassins, Jack is a master craftsman. When a job in Sweden ends more harshly than expected for this American abroad, he vows to his contact Larry that his next assignment will be his last.

I am very excited for George. There is something so classic about him that reminds me of my all time favorite actor, Cary Grant. George Clooney is a talented actor who is also very intelligent. I look forward to working on future film projects of my own, with him. I wish him the best on his new movie "The American." It is a great action film. My favorite George Clooney movie of all time thus far is however, "O Brother Where Art Thou?" I have heard from several good sources that George is a consumate professional when the cameras are rolling but a prankster on set with his fellow actor. He appears to be a very sweet and passionate man. Make lots of money on your movie. God bless and stay sweet.
